1 - Fill in the organization box with Jefferson/Farnsworth PTO
2 - Take your card with you to the Rexburg or Idaho Falls Pizza Pie Cafe Restaurant.
3 - Redeem your card anytime Monday Feb. 24th - Thursday Feb. 27th
4 - Present your card to the cashier
5 - Enjoy some delicious Pizza, Pasta and Salad
